Jon Hanes
Elder
Jon serves as an elder at Redemption. He is married to Christy, and they have four children-- Elijah, Hannah, Maddie, and Caleb. Jon has a PhD in Geography and currently works full time at UW-Milwaukee.
Danny D'Acquisto
Elder
Danny serves as the pastor of Redemption. He is married to Kari, and they have three children -- Lewis, Audrey, & Swara. He graduated from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2017, with a Masters of Theology in preaching & pastoral ministry.
Matt Hoaglund
Elder
Matt serves as the Associate Pastor of Redemption. He graduated from Lincoln Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in 2016 and from Reformed Theology Seminary in 2025 with a Doctor of Ministry. He's married to Megan and they have three kids- Lenna, Haddon, and Clara.

Nick Matula
Elder
Nick serves as our Pastoral Resident. He graduated from Moody Theological Seminary in 2023 with a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Studies. Nick helps coordinate our Worship Arts Ministry along with other pastoral duties. He's married to Olivia and they have two daughters- Naomi and Corrie.​
Scott Struebing
Elder
Scott serves as an elder at Redemption Church. He's married to Hannah and together they have three girls- Sadie, Adalyn, and Felicity. Scott graduated from UW-Parkside and currently works full time at Stone Dimension in Pewaukee, WI.

Deacon
Rachel serves as our deacon over Finances, serving to keep the financial health of our church strong.
Jane Foerster
Deacon
Jane serves as our deacon over Meals and Food Service, leading a team of volunteers who provide our church with warmth and hospitality through food service.
Buck Knitt
Deacon
Buck serves as our deacon over Building and Grounds, overseeing and stewarding the property God has provided us.
Lucas Gallagher
Deacon
Lucas serves as our deacon over Technology, leading the practical needs of our church related to digital systems. He also leads our Worship Arts tech team.

Youth Discipleship Coordinator
Christy oversees all of the logistics for our programmed ministry designed for children (birth-4th) and students (5th-12th). This includes Sunday morning children's ministry, student small groups, events and more. She is married to Jon, and they have four wonderful kids: Elijah, Maddie, Hannah, and Caleb.

Administrative Assistant
Abbey serves as the primary administrative support to Redemption's elders, staff, and deacons. She manages much of our day-to-day operations, digital systems, communications, and ministry collaboration across teams. She is married Tony, and they have two children-- Cecelia and Graham.
