THE HOW

of this vision:

Our aim is to raise an

OUR PRAYER

is that God would provide us with an additional $1.5M over the next two years.

Please join us in praying and giving!

Why RAISE $1.5M?

There are ultimately two reasons. First, this seems like a bold-but-reasonable goal for a congregation like ours. Most churches will typically aim to raise an additional 2-3 times their annual budget over multiple years for an expanded vision like this one. $1.5M is somewhere in the middle (but towards the top) of that range for us. And secondly, this also seems like a minimum cost for us to build the space we need. Ultimately, raising this amount and borrowing responsibly seem like the best and clearest path forward. All that to say: Let's give generously together, trusting the Lord to provide in his timing. He has this!

The Breakdown:
A 90/10 split

While acquiring space is one outcome of this vision, the ultimate goal is not just to find more space for our church but to multiply more healthy congregations across the Greater Milwaukee area. In other words, the reason we are seeking more space is to make more disciples who will gather with us weekly, so we can then send out more members to multiply healthy congregations.

For this reason, we are devoting 10% of all initiative funds to our next church planting project. If we reach our goal of raising $1.5M, then by the end of this initiative we would have $150,000.00 set aside for our next church planting team.

The METHOD:

One vision. One fund.

We do not see this vision as something "extra," but as a very natural next step in our church's mission to worship God, make disciples, and multiply congregations. For that reason, we will incorporate all initiative giving into our annual operating budget, along with our normal offerings. From there, it's pretty simple: at the end of each month, everything given over and above our monthly expenses will be transferred to separate funds that are tied to this initiative (Building and Multiplication Funds). This is a sustainable way to connect this initiative giving to our overall mission and purpose.

Help to make this vision happeN.
